About Teresa Politano
Teresa Politano is the former editor of Edible Jersey magazine, winner in 2018 of a coveted IACP award. She is an award-winning journalist, author and adjunct professor at Rutgers University.



Her work has been published in Gastronomica, the Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun, The Pittsburgh Press, NJ Monthly, The Star-Ledger and Inside Jersey. She is a former member of the NJ Higher Education Leadership Council. She holds an MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

She is author of
Single-Handed (TBA), and Celebrity Chefs of New Jersey (Rutgers University Press, 2010).

Teresa Politano interviewed Ina Garten at the Count Basie Theatre to a sold-out crowd. Bobby Flay was another theatre guest, to another sold-out crowd, asked by Politano to disclose his most sexy dish and share memories of summers at the Jersey Shore.

Politano also is an annual judge for the International Chocolate Awards.
